in secondary school i used to leave school early
the weather was always nice
the mood would feel so sleepy
the skies are so nice and blue
people will say to me eh i saw you walking down the stairs at 11am

school did not feel like school
don't need to study hard to do fine
don't need to do waste time things
the building were pretty spacious
it had this familiar feeling
especially the old blocks
with the weird linking stairs
when i first entered ahs i used to get lost in the old block
and the "haunted linkways" that were always locked
not forgetting the clock tower and its rumors
much as i like the school i never really felt part of it
it felt foreign
i felt like an outsider
never understood the culture
but at the same time it felt warm.
my fave subjects were probably home economics and design and technology
for d n t we had to make toys
i made this horse pull along
and later this joy in creating things lead me to choose dentistry.
