This story moved me. I choose to believe this so if you don't believe in grace and prosperity than dun bother talking me out of it.

The Excellent And The Plenty

Deuteronomy 28:44“Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.”


Would you want to buy a chair that Jesus made? Yes, I would, even if it cost $1,000 because it would be of superb quality — whatever Jesus did, He did it perfectly.
And because Christ is in you, the things you produce will be of exceptional quality too. That includes your children who will be champions. Deuteronomy 28:4 says, “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks”. God was using terms that the Israelites understood since they were farmers and shepherds. Today, “your ground” is the place of your work. This means that “the produce” of your work shall be excellent in quality.
But that is not all. God promises that quantity will always follow quality because Deuteronomy 28:11 says that the Lord will “grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body,” which means that you will have plenty of children, “in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground,” which means that your business will flourish and you will be a leading producer in the area of your speciality.
My friend, your excellence and plenty do not come by your efforts. They come by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, who paid for your prosperity — “though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich”. (2 Corinthians 8:9)
Jesus was made destitute of all material things at the cross. In fact, I don’t believe that the Roman soldiers gave Him the courtesy of even a loincloth. He had nothing! As He hung on the cross, He watched the Roman soldiers gambling for His robe. His last possession on earth was gambled away. He became poor, so that you would be blessed with the excellent and the plenty!

hectic - ness

its funny how i surf around the net
see blog's belonging to my exschoolmates
see how eventful and colourful their lives are
with so many friends and much excitement
and than i look at mine
i can't relate to them

i can only think of the number of projects i have left to complete
count the number of lab sessions and wonder how much lab and pre-clinicals we have to get done before clinics actually start

i cannot relate to people my age anymore.
their lives are just so different from mine
i can only wonder what i will be doing if i was elsewhere
would i enjoy myself as much as them or would it be a misery?
hmmmm....

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
May the rain fall softly upon your fields, until we meet again.
And may God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

my end of yr 2 break is only officially two weeks
24 march to 9 apr.
wow.
and than i start treating patients
for real.

1 More Filling and 2 Tests Later

i had one MORE filling
it was done during demo and all my groupmates came to poke the caries.
which was saddening =(
the injection was not pain at all *cheers
even though it was the same front tooth
Dr Lim CC from Omni is really gd
go see her for painless injections and nice smooth caries
but be prepared to pay premiums i guess
(she did my filling for free)
but i didn't really want to do it
dental procedures kind of tire me out
oh well

i shall not talk about the tests.

From The Dental Chair

had 2 fillings done today cause there are holes in my tooth.

the injection hurt like mad
the front incisors were the subject
tears sprung to my eyes
my body was frozen with fear
i hate the dental chair
YES.
and to think that i sat on the chair yesterday to do rubber dam(ning)
i got two tests coming up next week and i haven't studied at all!!!

Thanks dear for the night out even though i should not have dragged you to shearaton to eat cake when we were both rather full and you were so absolutely tired. but thanks again for been so sweet. makes me wish i was the birthday girl everyday! *kiss!

so he didn't propose and we are not married. yet. =)

wild rocket is really nice its a small cozy hotel laid back in the outskirts of town. just the place for a lowkey lazy night with nice ambience. the waitors are really cute and there are no waitresses (i wonder why). the cheft is a lawyer who quit to persue this. yep. the service is really good. do check it out. =)
