thoughts

you know once during a period when i was very sad
instead of kind words
i got harsh words it was than that my sadness turned to anger
fierce and bitter and helpless anger
and than i took control of my anger
and i took control of my life once again
i can't remember who that person was
i know you may not have meant your strong words
but they were indeed timely.
thanks. i vaguely remember the words but don't remember the person. haha.

sometimes a person needs a jolt to return to reality
sometimes i need a shock to get some sense into me
and today i did get one from a movie.
it shocked me and traumatized me.
how can people have sex so freely.
and treat it like nothing?
my mind cannot comprehend.
does your conscience bother you?
how do you feel about yourdelf?
wat does love mean to you than?
what are you going to teach your kids?
what about your family members, how do they feel?
aren't you worried about diseases?
when you wake up how do you feel?

pleasure to me
is a good meal with people i love
time spent with ebeegirls and other old good friends cousins
sitting on the couch with JD watching travel and living
sitting on the train with JD watching the scenery
just discovering new sights

the worse thing that can happen to me is probably waking up and feeling purposeless
that would take the meaning out of life.

Made this on sat togerther with blueberry and cheese muffins but din take photo of them.

Creme Brulee made by JD and Me minus the sugar topping because i din take an end stage photo. lol.

you know when i start earning money
i want to cook
cook cook cook.
cooking is a pretty expensive hobby but nonetheless satisfying.

today i expressed interest in sitting on the A380 suite class to my dad.
than my mum said that when i start working in private practice i can afford too!
lol.
my reply that was no such sane person would fork out that type of money to fly.
lol.
than she said buisness class than.
lol.
a business class ticket to sydney on a normal plane is about 5000 if two were to fly it would be 10000.
than she said company pay.
lol.
dentist fly on business?
haha.
than she said offer to do dentistry on the plane.
right.
my mum has interesting ideas.
who would like to do his/her teeth on a plane pls let me know.

my dad offered me a different opinion.
he said many lawyers do not practice law.
why not you don't do dentistry next time (sic) and do something else?
i think he's still not very keen on me doing dentistry despite almost three years in the course.
sigh.
am here i am, working so hard.

my body does not know how to feel tired.
it just goes sick.
like splitting headaches and nausea.
totally horrendous.
good night.

even when it feels like the world has turned its back on me
He is here with me
and thats the most comforting thing i'll ever know.

i saboed myself during PBL today and i have the first learning issue of the term.
prob the only one too.
is ciggie smoke or tobaco smoke more harmful to the oral cavity.
if any of you have any answers please let me know.

1. Exchange report
2. Exchange presentation
3. Send in dentures to invest. (yes, i invest dentures no monetary profit though)
4. Bridge competency haven't equilibrated my teeth yet, dunnoe if can take.

happpy

i just did something on facebook.
feel pretty please with myself.
but i have to put things in pespective.
who ask them to have such options.
i think its a big joke.
i wonder if it will get approve.

darling made watermelon steak today
basically you take watermelon
cut it up
put butter and cream sherry
we din't have cream sherry so we used honey umeshu, contrieu, and lychee liquer(which in my opinion is a bit off)
wrap it in aluminium foil and bake it
i din't get to taste the out come cause i had to rush off
and you serve it with salt and pepper.
interesting?

Grandma bday

celebrated my grandma's 81st birthday today!
as usual the mum's side is very big
to me that is
and considering the size of dad's side.
caught up a fair bit with my cuzzies
they are all so big now.
i think my Grandma is very blessed to have such a family around her
she's one of the most respected people in my life
she brought up ten children
from humble beginings to pretty successful people
but i have never ever heard her complain once about having to cook for one more mouth
when ever i go to her place she always has food no matter what time it is
and yummy food that is.
she's so strong, capable and motherly.
i want to be like her.

went out with my cuzzies.
k box thing at marina is way expensive
ended up at Harry's at esplanade cause we had three kids and could not go elsewhere.
we should hang out more.

random

sometimes things are just so dumb.
its so much easier to just zone out and not have to deal with it.
since i have seen more things i no longer feel like i have the capacity to deal with it nor the time for that matter.
is it wrong that all i want to do is just get out?
i have reached a stage in my life where if i was like this than i would despise myself.
now i just dun feel a sense of belonging or the need to do it.
now so more than ever i feel like i have to escape
my mind wanders around the world and lingers by the river, the beach, under a tree in the park.
such calming moments.
and it stays there.
refusing to accept the heat the torture and monoteny
but i know that despite all i have a Saviour.
the one who plans out my life
the one who charts out a map and
He too will cause my feet to walk down the path that is best.

i'm so glad i have moved on.
in many ways i feel much older
but deep within me i wonder if the jadedness still lingers.
the jadedness from seven years ago?
i doubt so i hope not.
i just can't seem to find the radiance to dazzle and impress me anymore nor the curiousity nor the mental activity.
am i tired?
ok this is such a vague post.
good nite.

updates

have not been feeling well since yesterday.
parents are back from their cruise.
they asked me to go on it for honeymoon. lol.
wanna tour europe anyone?
went to taste by bro's wedding dinner food.
din eat much cause i was so nauseated by the winding sentosa roads that by the time we got there i felt incredibly sick.
it went on and on and on. like 3 hours.
ok i spent most of my time kissing the white throne.
i went to school late today!!!
JD thought it would be good if i took a rest.
so slept in abit.
school is really so busy.
i just have too much work and too many datelines.

Things i need to do:
1 Set up teeth
2 Tidy up my RP cast.
3 Mount my RP casts.
4 Sent in my RP casts for record blocks.
5 Send in my RP casts for co-cr frame

This is ripped off JD's blog cause i'm too lazy to type it out. i'll just put it into days.

Places visited:
Day 1
- Surry Hills (where we stayed at. it also where Kylie Kwong's Restaurant is but for some reason we missed it. there are lots of gay bars there. shops wise there are lots of small shops that sell pretty up market stuff from designer paper to house ware to clothes. and there's also a nice supermart, Daffy Brothers that sells absolutely heavenly wagyu beef. its a cool, fashionable and hip place with lots of restaurants and cafes)
- we basically walked around the area and had Oporto's for dinner. you must try it. the chicken with chilli sauce is so yummy. juicy tender and cooked to perfection with a nice hot sauce.
- walked around the chinatown area

- bondi jn also has this crazily large shopping centre it is way cool

Day 8
- Sydney Dental Hospital

Day 9
- Westmead (dental hospital was rather antiquated)
- Grandville (there is this amazing sweet shop place that sells the best arabian sweets, its super posh in a sorta dangerous estate)
