i spent valentine's day in the lab doing dentures.

it was only JD and I left in the usually crowded lab.
even the guys went out to celebrate vday with dinner at vivo.
it was a horrendous week rushing out a pair of dentures.
wed check wax up and invest and pack
thurs mount grind down polish
fri check and issue.
yucks.
and of course a denture must be worn in order to identify the pressure spots.
its not as if its done and it'll be perfect.
so i get complains that its pain when in the first place i told about it.
seriously.
its not worth the effort or time man.
thats the whole purpose of a one week recall.
oh well.
so we plan for friday to celebrate vday
but i have food poisoning

wake up with a sore throat and can't get back to sleep.

go parkway to get food to cook out love dinner.

starter - steamed quail eggs with truffle oil a tetsuya delight
main- pan fried steak with two types of tomatoes
1. Spring tomatoes fried with wild mushroom and soy sauce with aioli
2. Baked cherry tomatoes with white buttom mushroom with summer herds paired cottage cheese with lemon zest finished with rosemary
desert - raspberry romanov with brandy snaps and tiramisu
i think boyfriend should start a dinner business.
